Absolutely beautiful hand woven/braided dog basket from Ghana.
Each individual basket is unique, and therefore no 2 are exactly alike. The baskets are double woven to increase strength and durability.
The baskets are made ethically in the town of Bolgatanga in northern Ghana, and the weavers receive both a fixed payment and a commission, and are guaranteed decent conditions.
The dimensions of the dog basket are approx. 74 x 44 cm.
Blanket/pillow not included, but you can use a nice blanket or possibly a lambskin at the base of the basket.
Should the basket be pressed slightly out of shape, e.g. during transport, this can easily be corrected by making the basket damp.

In order to keep our costs down so that we can donate as much money as possible to animal welfare, and to take the best possible care of the environment, we reuse some of our packaging to ship our goods in.
We provide of course so that all orders are sent safely!
